From Republican to Libertarian... my sojourn of discontent!

It is hard to believe that I had not posted anything since 2011!  Here we are 2013!  How far have we come?  Do you recognize your Country?

The evolution of my politics, religion, and core beliefs.... I don't even know where to begin... 

In 2012, I began a journey that I had no idea where it was going to lead and it started with reading the Bible in a year!  For all practical purposes, mission accomplished!

I have a special relationship with my God, since childhood I had nothing but questions, so much so that my priest claimed that one day I would lose my faith.... he was prophetic!  I did lose my faith in a way... I left the Catholic faith, to embrace a relationship with a living Christ, not the dead guy hanging on the cross, but the living RESURRECTED CHRIST!

Though I have stumbled many times back into Sin, my relationship with Him has gotten even stronger and deeper but I digressed.

Reading the Bible through convinced me of one thing (yes, it was the FIRST time ever to read it through, DON'T JUDGE!)  I  can honestly say I have read the Bible many times but not in sequence of the books.

So what did I learn and walk away with?  God is a loving God, a God of FREE WILL!  In my opinion the majority of Christians have a HUGE PROBLEM with this, but I am convinced that it is the way He is.  So free will is what it sounds like!  You can choose whatever lifestyle, life-choice, you want, but there will be consequences but you can go there if you please!

In the dispensation of Grace, this is the new covenant!  But God has not changed, just the agreement with Man or Humanity.  All He requires is an acceptance of Christ's sacrifice for EVERY HUMAN BEING'S SOUL.  To surrender your life and will to Him and in return, you get a greater LIFE and WILL.  Except that now you have an Eternity to look forward to with HIM!

So how or what does this have to do with my journey from being a Republican to being a Libertarian????  EVERYTHING!  You see my lovely, knowledgeable, and highly intuitive wife would tell me...  GOT TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX!  UNPLUG FROM THE MATRIX!

She was right!!!!  

The TRUTH.... Republican Party like the other Party LIES! ...and LIES, ...and LIES!  I was still in the our team (R) versus your team (D), and the fence sitters (I).  Time after time, the Republicans caved to the Progressives... agreeing to bailouts, steeper regulations, more taxes, and LESS REPRESENTATION!  Then came the "Marketplace Fairness Act" total BULLSHIT!  Sorry, but that is what it is... yet another way to rip us off and feed the monstrosity in DC!

So I began to search for 'another' party well forget the Democrats, they don't even realize that they are European Socialists, and the ones that know are afraid to admit it... so far... not for long!

Conservative Party - Great! The party I most agreed with except they want to "Christianize" the nation.... so you say.... how could a person like myself, Bible believing, Evangelical Christian oppose this???????  Well blame my Bible College, they taught us that any time in history when religion and state where combined NEITHER fared well.  History proves it repeatedly!  You can't legislate morality, the people will rebel, and in the end you lose everyone!  THE STATE HAS NO BUSINESS IN THE CHURCH, THE CHURCH HAS NO BUSINESS IN THE STATE... Jesus said... "...render unto Caeser what belongs to Caeser, and unto God what belongs to God" Matt. 22:20-22

I know I will have a million Christians opinions on this that will disagree with me, to you I say this... One day we will ALL STAND BEFORE HIM, I will submit to HIS judgement and his judgement alone.  If God who gave the Israelites the choice between a THEOCRACY and JUDGES chose upon themselves JUDGES and were NOT WIPED OFF THE EARTH, then how much more do we have with the NEW COVENANT!  .... but my point here is not to get ANYONE  to my side, rather explain how I got to where I got.  If you agree fine, if you don't fine.... 

So when  I TOOK THE BLINDERS OFF, I realized this, when the Republicans were elected back in the Bush years, had majority in all three branches, ran on a "CONSERVATIVE" platform, yet did little if anything for the CONSERVATIVES THAT ELECTED THEM!  That's right, they LIED AND CONTINUE TO LIE!  No matter where you stand on abortion, is not the point, the point is this.... WHY DIDN'T THE REPUBLICANS DEFUND Planned Parenthood, why didn't they OUT their founder MARGARET SANGER this RACIST nut job who believed in EUGENINCS aka superior race... who, NOT COINCIDENTLY saw to it that most Planned Parenthood Clinics were to be located in densely urban BLACK neighborhoods, to date, more Americans of African descent have aborted their babies (per capita) than any other (MARGARET SANGER FROM ME TO YOUR GRAVE... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED).

But in THOSE YEARS OF ABSOLUTE POWER they didn't defund it, in fact on a separate note most of the time they have been in power they have not reversed tax increases, perhaps stalled but not reversed!

So I came to the Libertarian Party website, took my Republican/Conservative glasses off, and looked at the Platform without those FILTERS!  For reference, let me just say this, for most of my life whenever I met a Libertarian I believed I was talking to anarchists, anti-American radicals, druggies, who were lawless, immoral and uncompromising!

Then this is when it happened... I had finished my Bible in a Year walking away understanding one main thing oh and I read the AMPLIFIED VERSION.  This is the version that goes to the GREEK AND ARAMAIC, the original language and translates it ACCURATELY AND COMPLETELY. 

GOD IS THE GOD OF FREE WILL!  We are free to choose whatever we want, whatever religion we want, what ever morality we want, whatever lifestyle we want!  All without one thunderbolt, or fire and brimstone falling from the sky!  Yes, I said it!  WE ARE IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE!  Now before all my Christian brothers and sisters call me a HERETIC, let me finish.... you can have all that AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF THOSE CHOICES, THE JUDGMENTS AND DUE JUSTICE IN THE COMING KINGDOM!

We as believers as a whole, I believe would reject a Theocracy in our present state of being.... we would if we were honest with ourselves!

THIS IS NOT A PERMISSION TO WALK IN SIN OR PERPETUATE SIN, rather a free choice to follow HIM, to SURRENDER TO HIS WILL AND HIS WAYS!  Not some phoney, outward, piety, holiness, but true HOLINESS!

SO.... what does this have to do with Libertarianism????   EVERYTHING!  You see the Libertaian mindset, the premise is this... GOVERNMENT HAS NO PLACE WHATSOEVER IN DICTATING TO US THE CITIZENS WHAT TO DO, WHAT NOT TO DO, TO DRINK, NOT TO DRINK, WHO TO MARRY, WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN'T DO WITH YOUR LAND, YOUR PROPERTY, YOUR BUSINESS, YOUR WEALTH, YOUR HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE!  

YET WE ALLOW A GOVERNMENT, A HUMAN GOVERNMENT DICTATE ALL THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS, ALL THESE RESTRICTIONS!  YES WE INVITE IT IN OUR HEARTS AND HOMES....

YET WE AS PEOPLE REJECT THE SIMPLICITY OF WALKING WITH GOD, WE GOT WHAT WE DESERVED....

So we allow government unfettered to do this but reject the laws of GOD!!!!  YEAH THAT MAKES SENSE!

THE CONSTITUTION WAS WRITTEN WITH THE PURPOSE OF BEING A SCALPEL TO POWER, NOT A FACILITATOR TO THE POWERFUL.  

That is why today THE CONSTITUTION SEEMS and NOW IS an OUTDATED, USELESS DOCUMENT!  In the end it will be IF WE DON'T TEACH OUR CHILDREN THE TRUTH AND PROPER APPLICATION.  

We must PURGE the ENTITLEMENT MENTALITY out of our populace if we are to survive... it's going to take a lot of PRAYER, AND POWER  to do that.

LIBERTARIANS BELIEVE IN INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM, LIKE THE FOUNDERS DESIGNED IT! Except we have gotten so far away from it that WE NO LONGER RECOGNIZE FREEDOM, NOR FREE MARKETS!  Why?

BECAUSE THEY ARE CONTROLLED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE GOVERNMENT!  IT IS NO LONGER A GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE!

It is a government OF THE ELECTED, BY THE ELECTED, FOR THE ELECTED!

....and IT MUST COME DOWN, OR BE BROUGHT DOWN! 

BETTER BY VOTE THAN BYBULLET!  It's going to take EVERY FREEDOM LOVING AMERICAN, to STAND and TEACH, and INFORM, and STOP BEING PARTISAN!

WE ARE NOT DEMOCRATS, WE ARE NOT REPUBLICANS, WE ARE AMERICANS!

We've Figured Him Out!

Why is President Barack Obama in such a hurry to get his socialized medicine bill passed?

Because he and his cunning circle realize some basic truths:
The American people in their unimaginable kindness and trust voted for a pig in a poke in 2008. They wanted so much to believe Barack Obama was somehow better and different from other ultra-leftists that they simply took him on faith.

They ignored his anti-white writings in his books. They ignored his quiet acceptance of hysterical anti-American diatribes by his minister, Jeremiah Wright.

They ignored his refusal to explain years at a time of his life as a student. They ignored his ultra-left record as a "community organizer," Illinois state legislator, and Senator. The American people ignored his total zero of an academic record as a student and teacher, his complete lack of scholarship when he was being touted as a scholar.


Now, the American people are starting to wake up to the truth. Barack Obama is a super likeable super leftist, not a fan of this country, way, way too cozy with the terrorist leaders in the Middle East, way beyond naïveté, all the way into active destruction of our interests and our allies and our future.

The American people have already awakened to the truth that the stimulus bill -- a great idea in theory -- was really an immense bribe to Democrat interest groups, and in no way an effort to help all Americans.

Now, Americans are waking up to the truth that ObamaCare basically means that every time you are sick or injured, you will have a clerk from the Department of Motor Vehicles telling your doctor what he can and cannot do.

The American people already know that Mr. Obama's plan to lower health costs while expanding coverage and bureaucracy is a myth, a promise of something that never was and never will be -- a bureaucracy lowering costs in a free society. Either the costs go up or the free society goes away.

These are perilous times. Mrs. Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, has given Iran the go-ahead to have nuclear weapons, an unqualified betrayal of the nation. Now, we face a devastating loss of freedom at home in health care. It will be joined by controls on our lives to "protect us" from global warming, itself largely a fraud if believed to be caused by man.

Mr. Obama knows Americans are getting wise and will stop him if he delays at all in taking away our freedoms.

There is his urgency and our opportunity. Once freedom is lost, America is lost. Wake up, beloved America.

FEMA (NLE09) Exercise in late July '09, is it compromising our national security?

White House - DIRECTED, Congressionally - MANDATED

I think we all need to take a good look at this, I am having some issues with this, I mean this is a big deal! Basically we are showing these four countries how, what, where, and when. The WHERE is AR, LA, OK, TX, & NM!!!!

This is not a normal exercise:

"National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery." This means that we will share information conscerning our domestic information dissemination protocols and mitigation in the prevention and protection of our nation against terrorism with a foreign presence and participation in this exercise!

I was doing my normal surfing the Twitter and Blogosphere and I came across this, I mean c'mon! This is scary!!!! I want you to particularly look at the wording in the 1st and 3rd paragraph on the FEMA LINK ABOVE, then look at the states they have chosen and the countries that will participate. READ IT PLEASE!!!! What this says is the US Gov is bringing in military and intelligence agents from Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. The FOCUS:

"NLE 09 will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants."

Geez, why don't we just give them our missile codes for crying out loud!!!! How do they know the parties participating can be ENTRUSTED with this information, and Mexico!!!!

Mexico doesn't even respect our national border!!!!!
